Imaret in Kavala was great with its historical significance, luxurious feel, and attentive staff. The free tour and authentic experience were lovely. The couples hamam and spa treatment were worth the cost. The breakfast served in the garden was delicious.

    Nothing, all great.

a visit to this hotel is the best kind of pampering u can offer yourself! it feels like travelling to another era.the atmosphere is magical, almost mystical! it is beautifully decorated, the staff are more than willing to help and the goodnight service made an excellent impression on us!the architecture, cleanliness as long as the tranquillity u can enjoy there make this a place definitely recommended for any kind of getaway!

the "water area", as they like to call it, should be kept cleaner!

The location is amazing, set in beautiful gardens with a rich history. The staff were helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were clean, and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast was elegant, and the hotel offered transportation services to the harbor and the beach.

    No issues.

The building is extraordinary. Beautiful and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the woman at the front desk and our waiter at dinner. Wonderful turndown and dessert service. One of our favorite hotels anywhere so far. Romantic and lovely, we didn't want to leave and ended up staying another day.

The historic building was stunning and romantic, with beautifully restored features. We loved the luxurious details and the authentic materials used throughout the property. The attentive and friendly staff made us feel welcome and ensured we had a memorable stay. The restaurant served delicious meals, and we particularly enjoyed the international cuisine. The location was perfect, within walking distance to key attractions, and the views from the property were breathtaking.

The prices for the services offered at the hotel were quite high, and some of the staff seemed unprepared to handle our requests. However, overall we still had a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would recommend this property to others looking for a unique and luxurious experience.

We recently had a romantic escape at this hotel and were blown away by the stunning architecture and beautiful surroundings. The rooms were exquisitely decorated and had a unique charm to them. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a range of delicious options to choose from. We also loved the complimentary champagne and chocolates that were waiting for us in the room. The hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We could not get enough of the breathtaking views of the coastline from our room.

The bathroom in our room was a bit small, and the water pressure in the shower was not the best. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was weak in some areas of the hotel. However, these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise wonderful experience.

It is very authentic. Very well-done in every detail and very friendly.they care about classic. As an architect I like old things and like how they don't mix with new and modern design.

The room was very small for 2 people.but it was the smallest/less expensive they had.they said it is small, bec. We booked with Booked.net.

This is the ultimate place to find tranquility, in a setting of timeless beauty. It is not for travelers looking simply for a place to sleep, but should be visited for its own sake, when you have time to enjoy the spa and to let the peaceful atmosphere have its effect on you. Excellent restaurant, outstanding spa, rooms lit by candles with inviting bathtubs, a staff that comes by quietly offering water or whatever else you might want as you sit by the pool or in the garden. Never have I been in a place so removed from time. A treasure.

The hotel is located in a beautiful downtown location with stunning gardens and a hilltop view. the walls contain an impressively rich history. the rooms and bathrooms were tastefully decorated. the spa services were excellent with professional staff. the breakfast was top class as well.

One of the staff had an unfriendly attitude which dampened the overall experience.

We had an unforgettable experience at this hotel! the luxurious amenities fulfilled every need with special attention to the service, spa, and wellness centre. the swimming pool was exquisite, surrounded by a stunning sun terrace with beach umbrellas, and the garden area was like a peaceful oasis. the treatment rooms were divine with an alluring Turkish bath. the restaurant was excellent with special diet menus, and in-room breakfast was divine.

The only negative was the limited waxing service, which was a minor issue that did not take away from our luxurious experience.
